We offer complimentary shipping to the US. Once your order has been placed, our team will prepare your order. After the parcel has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. We are currently only shipping to the US.

EXCHANGES/RETURNS

It takes your skin at least 2 weeks to naturally adapt to new products. We ask that you wait this long to see the transformative effects of your Périne products. If however for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may take advantage of our 30-day return policy.


Eligibility:
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate the return process. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be purchased directly from Périne LLC. If you have purchased a product from one of our authorized retail partners, please follow that retailer’s return policy. Items purchased from unauthorized resellers or third-party sellers are not eligible for return.


Return Process:
For return inquiries or to initiate a return, please contact our customer support team by email Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. ET. at hello@perinebeauty.com; they will guide you through the return process. You will need to provide a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation) when initiating the return. The item(s) must be in its unused original condition and packaging to qualify for a return, unless there is a defect or damage upon receipt. We will process your refund in 7 - 10 business days upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s). Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


Return Shipping:
We will cover the return shipping costs if the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. If the return is for any other reason (e.g., change of mind), the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Please note, sale Items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

LOST SHIPMENT

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that a safe and secure delivery address is provided and that all shipping information is entered accurately. We are unable to refund or replace orders due to incorrect shipping addresses, left, lost, or stolen packages. We will not be held liable for lost packages once proof of delivery has been received. However, please contact us right away and we will do whatever we canto help you locate your package.
