All of our skin care is thoughtfully formulated and bottled in Toronto, Canada. We work diligently with our lab to create unique & uncompromising products using ingredients that are sourced from sustainable and ethical partners around the world. We believe in transparency for the health of our customers and sustainability for the health of our planet.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS VEGAN AND CRUELTY-FREE?

Périne is both cruelty-free and vegan. Our products will always be cruelty-free, we will never source from a supplier who is unable to prove the same.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS NATURAL?

Oui!
Our products are plant based. We are committed to offering effective skin care that is completely free of toxins, fillers, artificial fragrance, artificial color and synthetic chemicals. As with any skin care product, our products are for topical use only. Please avoid eye contact, ingestion or use inconsistent with our product use section. If an adverse reaction occurs, discontinue use right away and consult your doctor.

HOW SHOULD I STORE MY PRODUCTS?

As a general rule, the best way to store your skin care is at room temperature and out of direct sunlight. Extreme temperature and sunlight can result in the breakdown, oxidization, curdling or melting of formulations. Although storing skin care in the fridge has become a trend, extreme cold temperatures can actually cause some skincare to split, become cloudy or even solidify. Eye creams, facial rollers and products containing Vitamin C or Retinol may benefit from being stored in cold temperatures but cleansers, masks, oils and moisturizers should always be stored at room temperature.

IS YOUR PACKAGING RECYCLABLE?

Our products utilize glass to reduce the use of plastics. We encourage you to rinse out the products before recycling. We are continuously searching for better packaging solutions in order to lessen our footprint, while maintaining the integrity of our products. We will be working on creating refillable products in the upcoming future.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

It takes between 2-8 weeks for skin to acclimate to new skincare products before you start to see real, consistent results. Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns, refunds or exchanges. Please feel free to email us about any concerns and we will happily offer suggestions and use instructions. Please refer to our product ingredient list for any potential allergies.

IS IT SAFE TO USE YOUR PRODUCTS WHILE I'M PREGNANT OR NURSING?

We use natural plant based ingredients. However, if you are pregnant or nursing we advise you to contact your doctor with any questions or concerns regarding using our products.

WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE OF YOUR PRODUCTS?

We use natural ingredients and avoid synthetic preservatives. The shelf life of our products is 12 months.
